Craig DeMordaunt

Craig is the Board Chair of Utah Non-Profit and a member of the Investment Committee and executive leadership team for the Fund. He has been the board chair at UNPHC since 2008. Bringing over 23 years of professional real estate, commercial banking, and tax credit industry experience to his career, Craig oversees the governance of the acquisitions brought into the fund. His business experience includes Business Development, Commercial sales strategy, and CRA knowledge. Currently, Craig is the owner of Castle Peak Capital, LLC, where he provides strategic management services to start-up, emerging, and turn-around companies. Craig graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in History with a Minor in Chemistry and received his Master’s in Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
